What about the fees?

Attorneys generally work on a contingent fee arrangement for personal injury cases. Because the fees are contingent (instead of hourly), you do not pay attorney fees unless Thorson Law wins the case. Regardless of the outcome, you are always responsible to pay out-of-pocket expenses incurred in the prosecution of your case. These may include filing fees, postage, etc. For winning cases, Thorson Law takes a fee of 33.3% of the award. If the case requires an appeal or re-trial, the fee increases to 40%.

What if a loved one has tragically passed away too soon?
